On the seventh floor, in the center of Cecina, our B&B is ready to welcome you with all the services for a stay “up to standard.”
We have 5 soundproof rooms, all equipped with private bathroom with shower box; safe and Smart TV in each room. The facility is capable of accommodating up to 12 people with in single, double, twin rooms with single beds and a quadruple room. A large common area for breakfast, with the possibility of eating it either inside or outside.
We are within walking distance of the pedestrian area of Cecina’s historic center.
The bus terminal is in the square below; the train station and cab rank are 200 meters away.

Nella struttura è presente un’ampia zona comune con tavoli, piano espositore self-service e cucina, da utilizzare per la colazione internazionale.
The outdoor, sea-view terrace, suitably equipped with stylish tables and chairs, can be freely used to have breakfast, a meal or simply to relax, perhaps cuddling up with an aperitif while watching the setting sun dip into the sea ahead.
It is possible to request daily use of the kitchen so that you can also prepare your own main meals.

We were given the opportunity to enter after check in time with an ingenious method of opening all the doors via smartphone. Very convenient indeed. Modern ambience with attention to detail, beautiful plant arrangements even in glass terrariums, in the bathroom there are various branded soap dispensers (not the usual mini travel sizes), even for intimate hygiene! The dimmable ceiling lights are impressive. Nice towels and cloths in different colours so as not to 'blend in'. Varied breakfast, fresh cold cuts in the fridge, and various appliances: coffee machine with different types of pods, kettle, extractor. Beautiful terrace! Small mole: the rooms are poorly soundproofed, but nevertheless the guests were all polite. Parking is chargeable.
